Founded by Randi Beck, Pragmacon, LLC specializes in transforming traditional emergency response training into engaging and practical learning experiences. Our unique approach combines interactive training aids, including customizable tabletop boards, with packaged tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercise scenarios. These solutions provide jurisdictions of all sizes with accessible, cost-effective training options, even in the face of financial or staffing constraints.
